From our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility we offer a complete CAD design service including re-mounts, shaped-to-fit wedding rings and unique one-off pieces.

We also offer a full range development service. We work closely with you to design, develop and manufacture range items for your store with competitive costs and lead times.

Our studio is fully equipped with 3D scanning, 3D printing technology and the latest CAD rendering tools to create high resolution images for your customer, all at competitive prices. Every piece is hand set and finished to the highest standards in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter.

BESPOKE

Whether you are looking to remodel an old piece of jewellery or create a brand new bespoke item, we can work with you to create photo realistic renders of the project and offer free 3D printed wax samples so your customer is completely happy before manufacture. Alongside our bespoke items such as engagement rings, pendants and gem rings we also can create shaped-to-fit wedding bands using our 3D scanner.

Our bespoke department team are all fully trained on CAD and have an extensive knowledge of gem stones,diamonds and jewellery manufacture.

COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT

Charles Green have a history of producing bespoke fine jewellery collections. From consultation and initial design work, we work closely with you and your team to create high resolution renders, waxes and samples before you are happy to proceed to the final making stage.

We offer a complete service with competitive price points and all made to our high standards. We can help you to create unique range products that would be exclusive to your store, from engegement rings and wedding rings to unique and beautiful collections.
